Comment moderation charter

Comments are open to everyone.

Comments posted on the application Omijoare subject to a posteriori moderation (after publication) by the moderators. Messages will not be edited, they will be published in their entirety or deleted if they are deemed to be non-compliant with the charter.

Comments are a space for expressing useful information, please remain courteous so that information is shared in the best possible conditions.

Some rules of conviviality

We recommend that you:

  • not to disclose your real identity or your contact details (email, phone number, address),
  • do not write your messages entirely in "SMS" language,
  • do not write your messages in all capital letters, this is tantamount to shouting, and they could be perceived as aggressive language.

Comments contrary to the provisions of the law will be systematically deleted:

  • incitement to racial hatred and racist, anti-Semitic and xenophobic remarks,
  • the denial of crimes against humanity and recognized genocides, and the defense of war crimes and / or terrorism,
  • homophobic or sexist remarks,
  • statements of a violent, pornographic or pedophile nature,
  • defamation and insults between Internet users or against a third person,
  • breaches of privacy or the presumption of innocence, identity theft,
  • non-respect of copyright and intellectual property,
  • incitement to the commission of crimes or offenses, the defense of narcotics,
  • call for murder and incitement to suicide,
  • the promotion of an organization recognized as sectarian.

Moderation also reserves the right to remove:

  • messages unrelated to the commented content (off-topic),
  • aggressive, rude comments, direct attacks and insults between users,
  • criticism of moderation (in case of disagreement, you can send an email to click here),
  • openly advertising messages,

Regular non-compliance with these rules may give rise to a warning from moderation. If repeated warnings are ignored, the functionality will be suspended.

Users can report to us at any time a comment that does not comply with our charter thanks to the "report abuse" function located under the comment.

Moderation period

Moderation on Omijocan vary from a few minutes to several hours. Comments posted at night (between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.) will only be moderated the next morning.
